By accessing or using the Step Tracking App embedded within the Whop platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may discontinue use of the service at any time.
2. Fitness & Health Disclaimer
Not Medical Advice:
The Step Tracking App is designed for motivational, educational, and accountability purposes only. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide health diagnosis or medical treatment. Consult a licensed physician before beginning any new vigorous exercise or walking program.
3. User Accounts & Third-Party Integrations
Access to the Step Tracking App is authenticated via Whop authentication. You may optionally connect external health services (Google Fit / Android Health Connect or Apple HealthKit via Shortcuts) to synchronize your real-time daily step counts.
- You agree to connect only devices and accounts that belong to you.
- You understand that third-party services (such as Google and Apple) have their own service terms and privacy guidelines.
- You may disconnect health integrations at any time via in-app settings.
4. Community Guidelines & Anti-Tampering
In communities that utilize competitive step challenges and leaderboards, you agree to maintain honesty and sportsmanship. Automated script spoofing, emulator step injection, or intentionally falsifying step metrics may result in disqualification from community leaderboards.
5. Intellectual Property & Service Availability
We strive for continuous, high-availability service hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. However, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times due to downstream network variations or platform maintenance.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms as necessary to comply with changing privacy laws or platform policies. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
